How to Submit a Quote
Submitting a competitive, well-detailed quote is the key to winning orders on BDEBEST. Here is how to do it right.
Open the invitation and click Apply
Go to the 'Pending RFQs' section in your dashboard, click 'View' on the invitation, then click the 'Apply / Submit Quote' button. A quote form will appear.
Fill in your quote details
Complete all fields: Price per unit (in the buyer's requested currency), Lead time in days (how many days from order confirmation to delivery), MOQ (your minimum order for this product), and an optional message. Your message should briefly mention your factory's relevant experience.
Write a strong message
In the message field, briefly explain: why your factory is suitable for this order, any relevant past experience with similar products, quality standards you follow, and any important conditions. Keep it professional and under 200 words. Avoid including any contact information — this will block your submission.
Submit the quote
Click 'Submit Quote'. The buyer will see your quote in their 'Factory Quotes' section alongside other submissions. You will appear in their comparison list. Make sure your price is competitive but also realistic — underpricing a quote and then failing to deliver damages your reputation.
Update your submitted quote
If you need to revise your price or lead time before the buyer has accepted any quote, go to 'My Submitted Quotes' in your dashboard and click 'Edit' on the relevant quote. Changes are reflected immediately for the buyer.
Quote accepted — what happens next
If the buyer accepts your quote, you will receive an alert and a new active order will appear in your 'Active Orders' section. The order starts at 'Confirmed' status. Begin production and update the order status as each stage is completed.
