What happens if the factory refuses to ship after I pay my deposit?
Your deposit is held in BDeBest escrow — not with the factory. If the factory fails to ship within the agreed deadline, you receive a 100% refund. The factory's account is suspended and their security deposit is forfeited.
What if the goods arrive damaged or don't match my order?
Raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery through your buyer dashboard. Our team will review your evidence — photos, inspection report, approved sample — and issue a resolution within 5 business days.
Does BDeBest physically inspect every order?
Pre-shipment inspection is conducted for all orders above USD 5,000. For smaller orders it is optional but strongly recommended. You pay the inspection fee only after the factory completes production — not upfront.
When does the factory actually receive payment?
The factory receives payment only after you confirm delivery — or after 7 days from confirmed delivery if no dispute is raised. No payment is released during production or before the Bill of Lading is submitted.
What if the buyer raises a false dispute?
We review evidence from both sides. If the buyer's claim is not supported by the inspection report and shipping documents, the dispute is rejected and full payment is released to the factory.
Is BDE Shield available on all orders?
