01 — You Pay BDeBest
Transfer your payment to BDeBest's verified bank account. Your money never goes directly to the factory at any stage.
02 — BDeBest Holds in Escrow
Your funds are held in a dedicated client account — completely separate from BDeBest's operating funds. Fully ring-fenced.
03 — Factory Produces & QC
Factory completes production. An independent inspector verifies quality against your approved sample before shipment.
04 — Goods Are Shipped
Factory submits the Bill of Lading, packing list and commercial invoice. We verify all documents before proceeding.
05 — You Confirm Delivery
Once your goods arrive, you have 7 days to inspect and confirm receipt. You remain in control throughout.
06 — Factory Gets Paid
Only after your confirmation does BDeBest release the full payment to the factory — within 3 business days.
