BDeBest guarantees your money is protected at every stage. If the factory fails to deliver, ships wrong goods, or disappears — you get your money back. Here is exactly when you qualify.

Factory fails to ship

If the factory does not submit a valid Bill of Lading within the agreed delivery deadline, you receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

Goods completely wrong

If the delivered goods are entirely different from the confirmed PI specifications and approved sample, as verified by inspection.

Goods never received

If your shipment is confirmed lost in transit and the factory cannot provide proof of delivery or valid insurance claim.

Factory closes or disappears

If the factory ceases operations or becomes uncontactable after your payment, BDeBest refunds from escrow immediately.

Buyer changes their mind

Refunds are not issued if the buyer simply changes their mind after approving the sample and PI. The 30% deposit is non-refundable in this case.

Dispute raised after 7 days

Disputes must be raised within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims after this window cannot be processed.

Issue not documented

Claims without photographic or inspection evidence cannot be processed. Always document issues immediately upon receipt.
