After-Delivery Protection

Your protection does not end when the goods arrive. You have 7 full days to inspect your order and raise a dispute if anything is wrong. BDeBest reviews evidence from both buyer and factory and issues a fair, binding resolution.

From the moment your order is marked as delivered, you have 7 calendar days to inspect the goods and raise a dispute through your Buyer Dashboard. After 7 days, payment is automatically released to the factory.

Goods arrived physically damaged — packaging damage or product defects.

Shipment confirmed by BL but goods have not arrived within reasonable time of ETA.

Unacceptably late

Delivery significantly exceeds the agreed deadline causing material loss.

Possible Resolutions

BDeBest reviews evidence from both sides and issues one of the following decisions. All resolutions are final and binding.

Full Release

Factory evidence confirms goods match specifications. Full payment released to factory. Buyer's claim rejected with explanation.

🟡

Partial Refund

Inspection confirms partial quality issue or short quantity. Proportional refund issued to buyer. Remaining balance released to factory.

🔴

Full Refund

Inspection confirms goods are completely wrong or factory is at fault. 100% refund to buyer. Factory receives zero payment.

No Action

Dispute cannot be substantiated by either party. The order is closed as delivered and full payment is released to the factory. No refund is issued to the buyer.

🏭 Fair Protection for Factories Too

Factories have full opportunity to submit their evidence — production photos, inspection certificates, shipping documents. Buyers who raise repeated false disputes have their accounts reviewed and may be restricted from placing new orders. BDeBest protects both sides equally.
