How long does it take to list my factory?
The free listing takes under 10 minutes. Fill in your company details, select your product categories, and you are live.
When will my upgrade be activated?
After you submit your payment transaction ID, we verify it manually and activate your account within 24 hours — usually much faster.
Can international buyers contact me directly?
Yes. Premium and Standard plan members get a direct inquiry form on their profile. Buyers can send messages that arrive in your email.
Do you offer refunds?
If we cannot verify your payment or there is a billing error, we will refund or credit in full. Contact us within 7 days of payment.
Is the directory available in Bangla?
Currently the site is in English to serve international buyers. A Bangla version is planned for a future release.
How can I update my listing after publishing?
Log in to your dashboard and use the Edit Listing feature. Changes are reflected immediately.
