Terms & Conditions

• "Platform" means the BDE Best website, dashboard, API, and all associated services at bdebest.com.
• "Buyer" means any individual or company that registers a buyer account to source products from manufacturers.
• "Manufacturer" or "Supplier" means any Bangladesh-based company that lists a factory profile on the Platform.
• "Listing" means a manufacturer's public profile page on the Platform.
• "RFQ" means a Request for Quotation posted by a buyer.
• "Quote" means a pricing proposal submitted by a manufacturer in response to an RFQ or direct inquiry.
• "Order" means a confirmed transaction between a buyer and manufacturer following acceptance of a Quote.
• "Membership Plan" means the subscription tier (Free, Standard, or Premium) selected by a manufacturer.
• "We", "us", "BDE Best" refers to the platform operator.

2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your company. The Platform is intended for B2B commercial use only — not personal consumer purchases.

2.2 Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Manufacturer profiles must reflect genuine, operational businesses. Fake, fraudulent, or misleading profiles are prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.

2.3 One account per entity. Each individual or company may maintain one buyer account and one manufacturer listing. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions will be suspended.

2.4 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@bdebest.com if you suspect unauthorised access. BDE Best is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

2.5 Buyer accounts are free. There is no charge to create or maintain a buyer account, post RFQs, receive quotes, or manage orders. This will never change.

3.1 Free Plan. All manufacturers may list a profile at no cost. Free listings are published and searchable on the Platform. Free plan manufacturers cannot receive direct buyer inquiries or respond to RFQs but their profile is fully visible to all visitors.

3.2 Standard & Premium Plans. Paid membership plans unlock additional features including buyer inquiry reception, RFQ participation, in-order chat, and (for Premium) gallery photos and featured placement. Current pricing is published at bdebest.com/pricing and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3.3 No hidden fees. The price shown on our Pricing page is the total price. There are no setup fees, success fees, commission on orders, or transaction charges. We make our revenue solely from manufacturer membership subscriptions.

3.4 Subscription billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely. BDE Best does not store full card details.

3.5 Cancellation & refunds. You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months, except where required by applicable law or in cases of platform error.

3.6 Profile accuracy. Manufacturers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information in their listing, including certifications, capacity figures, product descriptions, and photos. Misrepresentation that harms buyers may result in suspension and legal liability.

4.1 RFQ posting. Buyers may post sourcing requests describing their product requirements. BDE Best does not guarantee that any RFQ will receive quotes. An RFQ is an invitation to treat, not a binding purchase order.

4.2 Quote submission. Manufacturers submit quotes at their own discretion. A submitted quote does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when the buyer formally accepts a quote within the Platform and both parties confirm the order terms.

4.3 Order fulfilment. Once an order is confirmed, the manufacturer agrees to use their best efforts to fulfil the order according to the agreed specifications, quantity, price, and delivery deadline. BDE Best is a technology facilitator — we are not a party to any contract between buyer and manufacturer.

4.4 Order tracking. Manufacturers update order status through the dashboard. Buyers confirm receipt. Both actions are recorded on the Platform. Status updates must reflect actual progress and must not be falsified.

4.5 BDE Best's role. BDE Best facilitates connections and provides tools for order management. We do not inspect goods, verify shipments, provide logistics services, or guarantee the quality of products delivered. All commercial risk remains with the transacting parties.

5.1 Eligibility. Reviews may only be submitted after an order has been marked Delivered by the buyer. This prevents false or premature reviews.

5.2 Honest reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. You may not submit: fake reviews, reviews incentivised by payment or discounts, reviews on behalf of another person, or reviews designed to harm a competitor.

5.3 Both parties. Buyers review factories. Factories review buyers. Both ratings contribute to the respective party's reputation on the Platform.

5.4 No removal on request. Honest negative reviews will not be removed at the request of the reviewed party. BDE Best will only remove a review if it contains: personal attacks, obscene content, false statements of fact, or violates these Terms.

5.5 Consequences of abuse. Attempting to manipulate the review system — including pressuring other parties, offering incentives, or submitting fake reviews through multiple accounts — will result in immediate account suspension.

You must not use BDE Best to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, RFQs, or quotes.
• Contact buyers or manufacturers outside the Platform to circumvent BDE Best's communication system for the purpose of avoiding fees or protections.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect contact information of other users through automated means.
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messages through the Platform's chat system.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any law.
• Impersonate any person, company, or certification body.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate B2B trade.
• Create accounts for the purpose of posting fake reviews or manipulating rankings.

7.1 Your content. You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, descriptions, logos). By uploading content, you grant BDE Best a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and reproduce that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

7.2 BDE Best IP. All Platform design, software, rankings algorithms, Top 10 scoring methodologies, and written content produced by BDE Best are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7.3 Removal of content. You may delete your content at any time by editing your profile or contacting support. Content may remain in cached forms or backups for up to 90 days after deletion.

If we ever introduce new fees affecting existing users, we will provide a minimum of 60 days' written notice before they take effect.

9.1 By you. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bdebest.com. Manufacturer subscriptions will continue until the end of the paid period.

9.2 By BDE Best. We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, misrepresents certifications, or creates a risk to other users — without prior notice in serious cases. Paid subscriptions terminated for cause are non-refundable.

9.3 Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Obligations that arose during the active period (e.g., completing a confirmed order) survive termination.

BDE Best is a marketplace facilitator. We do not manufacture, inspect, ship, or guarantee any goods or services transacted between buyers and manufacturers through our Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BDE Best's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the lesser of: (a) the total fees paid by you to BDE Best in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 500.

BDE Best is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss, damage to goods in transit, customs delays, force majeure events, or disputes between buyers and manufacturers about product quality or delivery.

11.1 Direct resolution. We strongly encourage buyers and manufacturers to resolve disputes directly through the in-platform chat. Most disputes arise from miscommunication and can be resolved quickly.

11.2 BDE Best mediation. If direct resolution fails, either party may contact BDE Best at disputes@bdebest.com. We will review the order records, communications, and review history and provide a non-binding recommendation within 14 business days. We are not an arbitration body.

11.3 Legal disputes. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
