The factory cannot simply claim they shipped your goods. BDeBest verifies every shipping document before releasing a single payment. You track your order in real time from factory floor to your warehouse door.
The factory must upload all of the following through the BDeBest platform. We verify each document before marking the order as shipped and releasing the next payment.
Bill of Lading (BL)
The primary shipping document proving the factory handed goods to the carrier. BDeBest verifies BL number and shipper details.
Commercial Invoice
Must match the PI exactly — same quantity, unit price, total value and product description.
Packing List
Itemised list of every carton, its contents, weight and dimensions. Used to verify quantity shipped.
Certificate of Origin
Confirms the goods were manufactured in Bangladesh. Required for customs clearance and preferential tariff rates in many countries.
Inspection Certificate
Report from the independent pre-shipment inspection confirming goods passed quality verification.

⚠️ No Documents = No Payment
A factory that claims to have shipped without uploading verified documents will not receive any payment release. BDeBest only processes payments against verified shipping documents — not factory self-reporting.
