Getting Started as a Supplier

List your factory on BDEBEST and start receiving quote requests from international buyers. Here is how to get set up from scratch.

Register your factory account

Go to the BDEBEST homepage, click 'Sign In', then 'Supplier Sign Up'. Fill in your name, email, and a secure password. You will receive a confirmation and can log in immediately after registering.

Log in to your Factory Dashboard

Go to 'Supplier Login' from the navigation menu. After logging in, you will land on your Factory Dashboard. This is your control centre for managing your profile, responding to RFQ invitations, tracking orders, and communicating with buyers.

Create your factory profile

Click 'Edit Profile' or go to /dashboard/edit to fill in your factory details. A complete profile significantly increases buyer inquiries. At minimum, add: company name, industry/categories, location, year established, MOQ, and at least one factory photo.

Choose your membership plan

BDEBEST offers Free, Standard, and Premium plans. The Free plan allows basic listing and RFQ responses. Standard and Premium unlock more visibility, direct buyer inquiries, and highlighted placement in search results. See /pricing for the full comparison.

Start receiving RFQ invitations

Once your profile is live, buyers posting RFQs in your industry category will see your factory as a match. You will receive invitation notifications in your dashboard. You can also browse the public RFQ board at /rfq and apply to relevant requests.
