Adding & Managing Your Product Catalog

Your product catalog showcases what your factory makes. Buyers browsing the Products section can discover your factory through individual product listings.

Go to My Products in your dashboard

Log in to your Factory Dashboard and look for the 'My Products' or 'Product Catalog' section. Click 'Add New Product' to create your first product listing.

Fill in the product details

For each product, provide: Product Name, Description (materials, specifications, available sizes/colours), Category, Price range (min/max per unit), MOQ, and Lead time. The more specific your description, the more relevant search traffic you will attract.

Upload product photos

Upload at least one high-quality photo per product. Clear, well-lit photos on a plain background perform best. You can upload multiple photos and drag to reorder them — the first photo is shown as the thumbnail in search results.

How products appear to buyers

Your products are listed at /products and also appear on your factory profile page. Buyers can filter products by category, price, and MOQ. Each product page links directly to your factory profile, creating another discovery path for buyers.

Edit or delete products

Go to 'My Products' in your dashboard, find the product, and click 'Edit' to update details or photos. Click 'Delete' to remove a product permanently. Keep your catalog up to date — outdated products with wrong prices or discontinued items reduce buyer trust.
