Membership Plans & Upgrades
BDEBEST offers three membership tiers. Higher tiers give your factory more visibility, more buyer-facing features, and priority placement in search results.
Free plan
The Free plan gives you a basic factory listing in the BDEBEST directory. You can respond to RFQ invitations, submit quotes, and manage active orders. Your profile is visible in search results but appears after Standard and Premium factories.
Standard plan
Standard plan factories get enhanced search visibility, a highlighted profile badge, and the ability to receive direct buyer inquiries through the inquiry form on your profile page. This is the recommended plan for factories actively looking for new international buyers.
Premium plan
Premium factories receive the highest search ranking, a prominent 'Premium' badge (★ Premium), featured placement on the homepage and category pages, and all Standard plan features. Premium is ideal for factories with high export volumes looking for large, consistent orders.
How to upgrade your plan
From your Factory Dashboard, click 'Upgrade Plan' or go to /upgrade. Select the plan you want and submit your upgrade request. Our team will contact you to complete the process. You can also contact us directly through the Contact page for custom enterprise pricing.
Checking your current plan
Your current membership tier is shown in the top section of your Factory Dashboard and on your factory profile page (visible to buyers). If you believe your tier is incorrect after upgrading, contact support.
