Setting Up Your Factory Profile

Your factory profile is your storefront on BDEBEST. A detailed, photo-rich profile with verified certifications attracts more buyer inquiries and quote requests.

1

Access the profile editor

Log in to your Factory Dashboard and click 'Edit Profile' in the top bar, or go to /dashboard/edit directly. The editor is divided into sections — you can save your progress at any time using the 'Save Changes' button.

2

Fill in your company information

Complete all fields: Company Name, Slug (URL-friendly name, auto-generated but editable), Industry/Category tags, Location (city + country), Year Established, Number of Employees, Annual Revenue range, and Export Capacity. The more detail you provide, the better your profile ranks in search.

3

Write your company description

Add a company description (available on all plans) explaining what makes your factory unique: your specialisations, quality standards, production capabilities, and major export markets. This is one of the first things buyers read — write clearly and professionally.

4

Upload factory photos

In the 'Photos' section, upload high-quality photos of your factory floor, production equipment, finished products, and quality control processes. You can upload multiple photos and reorder them by drag-and-drop. The first photo becomes your cover image on directory listings.

5

Add your certifications

Select all certifications your factory holds from the dropdown list (e.g. ISO 9001, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP, OEKO-TEX). Certified factories appear in buyers' filtered searches and rank higher in results. Keep this list up to date — buyers rely on it when checking compliance requirements.

6

Set your MOQ and production capacity

Fill in your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), production capacity (units per month), and lead time. Buyers filter by MOQ, so accurate values ensure you only receive relevant quote requests.
