Leaving Reviews After an Order
Reviews build trust in the BDEBEST marketplace. Your honest review helps other buyers make informed decisions and rewards factories that deliver great quality.
When can you leave a review?
The review form appears on your order card after the order status reaches 'Delivered' or 'Completed'. You must first confirm receipt of the goods (see Managing Orders) before the review option becomes available.
How to submit a review
On the order card, click the star rating (1–5 stars) to select your overall score. Then type optional written feedback in the text area — share your experience with quality, communication, delivery time, and packaging. Click 'Submit Review →' to publish it.
Where does your review appear?
Your review is published on the factory's public profile page under 'Customer Reviews'. Other buyers browsing the factory can see your rating and written feedback. The factory's overall star rating is an average of all verified reviews.
Reviews from factories about you
After an order completes, factories can also leave a review of you as a buyer. You can see these reviews in your Profile tab under 'Reviews From Factories'. A high buyer rating signals to future factories that you are reliable and professional.
Can reviews be edited?
Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited — this ensures they are authentic. If you believe a review contains incorrect information, contact us at the Contact page and our team will investigate.
