Tracking & Managing Your Active Orders
Once you accept a quote, the order is tracked in real time in your Active Orders tab. You can monitor status, chat with the factory, and confirm delivery — all in one place.
Find your orders
Log in to your Buyer Dashboard and click the 'Active Orders' tab. Each order card shows the product name, factory name, price, quantity, deadline, and current status. A progress bar shows where the order is in the production pipeline.
Understand the order status stages
Orders move through five stages: (1) Confirmed — factory has acknowledged the order; (2) In Production — manufacturing is underway; (3) Quality Check — goods are being inspected; (4) Shipped — goods are on the way; (5) Delivered — goods have arrived. The factory updates the status as each stage is completed.
Chat with the factory
Click 'Open Chat 💬' on any order card to open a direct message thread with the factory. Use this to ask about progress, share specifications, or clarify details. Click the 📎 button to attach images, PDFs, or Word documents (max 20 MB) — useful for sending product references or approvals. All communication must stay on BDeBest.
Confirm receipt of goods
When the factory marks your order as 'Shipped', a green 'Confirm Receipt' banner appears on the order card. Once your goods have physically arrived, click '✅ Confirm Receipt' to confirm delivery. This moves the order to 'Delivered' status.
Leave a review and complete the order
After confirming receipt, a review form appears on the order card. Rate the factory (1–5 stars) and leave optional written feedback. Submitting the review completes the order and moves it to 'Completed' status. Your review is published on the factory's public profile.
