Reviewing & Accepting Factory Quotes
Once your request is live, factories will start submitting quotes. Here is how to compare them and accept the best one.
View incoming quotes
Go to 'My Requests' in your dashboard and click 'View →' on any request. The 'Factory Quotes' section below the request details shows all submitted quotes, including the factory name, price per unit, MOQ, lead time, and any message from the factory.
Compare quotes side by side
Each quote card shows the price, lead time (days), and minimum order quantity. Use the 'View Factory' button on each quote to open the factory's profile in a new tab — check their certifications, photos, and history before deciding.
Accept a quote
When you find the best quote, click 'Accept Quote ✓'. You will see a confirmation prompt — once confirmed, all other quotes for this request are automatically rejected and the request is marked as 'Awarded'. The factory is notified immediately.
What happens after acceptance
Accepting a quote creates an active Order between you and the factory. The order appears in your 'Active Orders' tab with a live chat channel. The factory will begin production and update the order status as it progresses through: Confirmed → In Production → Quality Check → Shipped → Delivered.
