Creating & Managing Your Profile
Your buyer profile is visible to factories when they receive your quote requests. A complete profile increases the chances of getting high-quality quotes.
Go to your Profile tab
Log in to your Buyer Dashboard at /buyer/dashboard and click the 'Profile' tab at the top. Here you will see your current account information and an 'Edit Profile' button.
Fill in your personal and company details
Click 'Edit Profile' and update: Full Name, Company Name, Country (select from the dropdown), WhatsApp number (with country code, e.g. +1 234 567 8900), and your Company Website URL. These details help factories understand who they are dealing with.
Change your password
In the Edit Profile form, scroll to the 'Change Password' section. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it in the second field. Leave both fields blank if you do not want to change your password. Click 'Save Changes' when done.
View your factory reviews
The Profile tab also shows reviews that factories have given you after completed orders. A high rating as a buyer makes factories more willing to submit competitive quotes. You can click any review card to see the full details.
Buyer Verified badge
Once you have completed several verified orders, you may receive a 'Verified Buyer' badge on your profile. This badge signals to factories that you are a serious, trusted buyer — leading to faster responses and better quotes.
